I suppose some day in the far distant future - when I am feeble and frail, and housebound and don't drive, and have been stuck in my house for 27 days, and no one has called or stopped by - I will look back at this posting in horror and disbelief. But here goes anyway.
I am counting it to my joy and delight that I have not driven the car or even left the house this entire day!! and the same thing happened on Saturday!!
And I LOVE to drive! and I love running errands and seeing people!
But it seems like nowadays I am always going somewhere and doing something. It is so nice to just be here at home.
Not that I have accomplished as much as I'd like, but I have accomplished some things. Organized the pantry. Almost found the top of my dresser. Got letters off to missionaries and service men and women. Got the invites out for our annual Saturday-Before-Christmas Brunch here at our house. Mopped the kitchen. Laundry and other basics. Sounds pretty boring, I admit, but I love it!!
